Laserglow Company Policies
Definitions: The “CUSTOMER” is defined as the credit card holder and/or the person who originally placed the order with any payment method including purchase order and/or any end user of any product or service offered by Photonic Endeavours Inc. (“LASERGLOW”) or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. By purchasing or using the products or services offered by LASERGLOW, CUSTOMER indicates that they are at least 18 years of age and understand that they are fully responsible for the safe application and use of these products and/or services and agree to such by completing the sales process and/or using the products or services offered by LASERGLOW or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
Pricing and Discounts: All pricing is listed in USD. Sale pricing and quantity discounts do not stack. The website will calculate the lowest price automatically, based upon your order quantity and all applicable discounts for the chosen items. Only one “discount code” can be used per order.
Best Value Guarantee: LASERGLOW is committed to offering CUSTOMERS the Best Value on the laser products that we offer. Each laser undergoes extensive testing and quality control during the manufacturing process. Thorough quality assurance testing is conducted pre-shipment in our lab to confirm compliance with our published specifications as well as with the appropriate FDA-CDRH/IEC regulations. If you find an identical item offered at a lower price, we will match the price of the identical product as well as include other savings to offset your feedback. For the Best Value Guarantee engagement, please provide a copy of the competitive quote (or URL of the product page) including specifications of beam characteristics, control features, testing affirmations, delivery period and shipping point.
All sales are final with the exception of non engraved portable battery-powered lasers. These lasers can be returned within seven (7) days of receiving the product for a full refund, minus the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. In the case that the actual cost of shipping incurred by LASERGLOW is higher than that shown on the sales receipt, including in the case of “free shipping”, the actual shipping costs incurred by LASERGLOW will be deducted from the refund amount. The CUSTOMER is responsible for all shipping costs. The seven (7) days are calculated according to tracking information and effective from the time that the product arrives at the CUSTOMER’S location to the time that the item is scanned by the courier to be sent back to LASERGLOW. If item has been tampered with in any way, or if there are any components, paperwork, or accessories missing or damaged, LASERGLOW may not issue a refund, and the item will be sent back to the CUSTOMER at his/her expense. Furthermore, LASERGLOW reserves the right to hold any returned product for inspection and/or testing for up to four (4) weeks, as/if deemed necessary by LASERGLOW, before making a decision as to whether or not the item qualifies for a refund.
Non-refundable fees: The following fees are not refundable under any circumstances: Shipping, shipping insurance, alignment services, safety goggles, duties (whether prepaid or paid on arrival), import taxes, and/or brokerage fees. Once these services are rendered the fees are payable to Laserglow even if the order is later cancelled for any reason.
Shipping Lead Time:Because of the high dollar value of LASERGLOW products, all products shipped are insured by LASERGLOW and declared at full value, as required by law.
Country-Specific Import Regulations:
In Canada: Consumers are not permitted to purchase portable lasers classified as Class 3B or higher, as per Health Canada regulations. You may only purchase a high-powered portable laser by submitting a Purchase Order on behalf of an organization (company, government department, or educational institution) with a defined commercial or academic requirement for such a device. The device may not subsequently enter into commerce within Canada. (It may not be sold, rented, loaned, or given away.) If you are purchasing a high-powered portable laser in Canada, we will ask you to provide proof that you satisfy the above requirements. Laserglow is obligated to ensure that the purchaser is not a “consumer” as defined by Health Canada.
In the USA: Portable lasers classified as Class 3B or higher are prohibited in the United States.
All other locations: CUSTOMER, as the importer, is responsible for abiding by the import regulations of the country into which the products are being shipped. LASERGLOW does not maintain up-to-date records of all import regulations for all countries, and cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from shipping products outside of Canada.
Customs and Import Taxes: If items purchased are to be shipped outside of Canada, the Government of the destined country may impose taxes and/or duties on the import. CUSTOMER is to check local tax rates before ordering. Generally, LASERGLOW’S US-bound shipments below $200 in value are free of all duties and taxes. Some products, and particularly higher-value shipments, are taxed in the USA at rates varying from 3% to 10%. Additionally, high-value shipments (over $2000) may incur additional Customs brokerage fees when crossing the border into your country. These are not included in the freight cost quoted by our website. In the event that Customs brokerage, taxes, or other import fees are applied to the shipment there are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.
